Things are afoot…

I have published PREMORTEM in August of 2022.

Then I’ve disappeared from the face of the earth.

First of all, I mean to apologize for that. Time is strange and so is life occasionally, throwing stones where they truly aren’t necessary. Said stones, more often than not, come in the form of self-doubt and impostor syndrome, either of those things leading to listening to the “voice of reason” that mockingly says that becoming an author is a waste of time. It is also, allegedly, impossible. I admit, I fell right into that trap and listened to that voice for a little too long.

Now, almost two and a half years after the initial publications, I have finally managed to gag the voice and stuff it in the closet, where it belongs. Hah!

Now what does that mean, you may wonder. It means that I am now finally settled in my decision to be a professional author - as well as set on making a living with my writing. No more excuses, no more sidetracking, no more compromises. So here is an update on my current work:

THE HITMEN CHRONICLES will finally get a sequel! While still in the first drafting stages, you may already look forward to a more in-depth look into the lives of the Foley brothers. Nick and Billy take center stage for this one after the tragic death of someone close to them - and the ensuing hunt for the killer. How will Greer fit into all of this, you may wonder? Well, I won’t spoil anything of course, but you may look forward to the planned publication of BOOK #2 in late fall of 2025!

THE FIRST STAND-ALONE NOVEL, too, is in the making! For this one, I dive into my neverending love for everything horror and am currently constructing a classical haunted house story with a twist. No need to worry, however: the, still untitled, novel does feature beautiful men, of course - and yes, they are quite fond of each other. While there is no official publication date yet, I am more than confident to aim for a HALLOWEEN PUBLICATION!
